Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support clients with:

• Companionship – providing a friendly face and preventing loneliness

• Personal Care – assisting with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Medication Support – collecting prescriptions & providing reminders

• Mealtimes – preparing nutritious and tasty meals

• Housekeeping – helping maintain a clean and comfortable home environment

• Mobility – assisting clients with moving safely around their home

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude

• Dedication, flexibility, and responsibility in your approach

• A driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references, and an enhanced DBS check

💡 No previous care experience required – full training is provided through the Alina Homecare Academy.
