About the Role
Advantage Healthcare, part of the City & County Healthcare Group β the UKβs largest care provider β is looking for Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional care to clients in Nottingham and nearby areas.
This role involves supporting children and adults with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries, within their own homes. Youβll be at the heart of person-centred care, working closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients with complex health conditions

Follow individualised care plans to support clientsβ health and wellbeing

Work collaboratively with families, community nurses, and hospice teams

Provide both day and night shifts on a flexible basis

Ensure clients receive holistic, person-centred care to help them achieve their potential
Candidate Requirements
Weβre looking for candidates who have:

Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with a valid NMC Pin

A genuine passion for delivering excellent care

Strong self-motivation, compassion, and enthusiasm

Commitment to upholding professional standards and patient dignity
